To book a fare for a Flynn’s Tour, email us a scanned copy of your passport photo page and we will send you an invoice for the Tour deposit. You can book directly with us – just send us an email – or through one of our appointed Travel Agents. The deposit required for reserving a place on a Flynn’s Tour is 35%. The final balance is due 3 months before the tour.
We accept cash, postal order, cheque and direct deposits upon you receiving an invoice.
Travel Insurance is mandatory and we advise to purchase your insurance upon payment of the deposit to provide cover for contingencies including cancellation.
The Tour package price is subject to change at any time prior to final payment if there are unexpectedly significant increases in the costs of package components or any major deterioration in the exchange rate. This is a highly unlikely occurrence.
