Terms & Conditions for Flynn’s Tours conducted within Australia in 2021

Booking A Fare

To book a fare for a Flynn’s Tour, provide your full address and contact email and phone number and a scanned copy of your passport photo page for international tours, and we will send you an invoice for the ​Tour deposit. You can book directly with us – just send us an email – or through one of our appointed Travel Agents.

The deposit required will vary with the preferred Tour.

Payment Method

We accept cash, postal order, cheque and direct deposits upon you receiving an invoice.

 

Reservation Deposit

Your initial $250 Reservation Deposit is Refundable until a 2021 Outback Australia Tour is Guaranteed  approximately 75 days prior to Departure. A $250 per person Reservation Deposit is required to secure your place on either of the 2021 Outback Australia tours. When a tour becomes Guaranteed your Reservation Deposit becomes non-deemed to be an administration charge.
 

Flynn’s Tours will contact you or your agent by phone and email to advise when the tour selected becomes Guaranteed. When a tour is Guaranteed, Flynn’s Tours will request an additional sum to take your Tour Deposit to 30% of the cost of the tour. Travellers are encouraged to secure travel insurance from the time a tour is guaranteed.
 

Deposit and Final Payment Schedule for Australian Outback Tours 2021

Far North Queensland Expedition departing 28.6.2021
 

A) Reservation Deposit of $250 – Due upon Booking.


B) 30 % Tour Deposit less previously paid Registration Deposit – Due by 13/4 /2021.

     (No Later than 75 days prior to departure or an otherwise negotiated date)

C) Final Balance of Tour Cost for Non-Queensland residents – Due by 14/6/2021.

     (No later than 14 days prior to departure)

     Final Balance of Tour Cost for Queensland residents – Due by 28/5/2021.

     (No later than 30 days prior to departure)

 

Outback West & Coastal Queensland Adventure departing 9.8.2021
 

A) Reservation Deposit of $250 – Due upon Booking.

B) 30 % Tour Deposit less previously paid Registration Deposit – Due 25/5/2021 or before.

     (No Later than 75 Days prior to departure or an otherwise negotiated date)

C) Final Balance of Tour Cost for Non-Queensland residents – Due 26/7/2021 or before.

     (No later than 14 days prior to departure)

     Final Balance of Tour Cost for Queensland residents – Due 9/7/2021 or before.

     (No later than 30 days prior to departure)

 

Flynn’s Tour – Tour Guarantee

Flynn’s Tours will in good faith guarantee a tour to proceed when it reaches the minimum number of participants to operate the tour. When a tour becomes guaranteed, the decision being made 75 days prior to departure or an otherwise negotiated date. It is subject to all participants agreeing to paying Flynn’s Tours a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the tour within 48 hours of advice being received that the tour is guaranteed.

Covid 19 Cancellation Policy

If less than 3 days (72 hours) before your tour starts you are unable to travel as a result of Government travel restrictions, Flynn’s Tours will assist to organise legal alternative transport into Queensland, or a date change, provide you with a credit or if you prefer process a refund for your booking less any non-recoverable costs.

Cancellation due to a Force Majeure Event

Where a tour is cancelled by Flynn’s Tours due to a force majeure event other than Covid 19, you are entitled to a credit voucher (or at our discretion, we may offer you a refund,less any non-recoverable costs, but we are not obliged to do so). Where a tour is cancelled by us other than due to a force majeure event, in the case where an equivalent tour is offered, we will offer you the opportunity to rebook on that tour with no additional fees for that rebooking, or if you do not wish to rebook, then you are entitled to a credit voucher (or at our discretion, we may offer you a refund instead). Where we cannot offer you a suitable equivalent tour, we will provide a refund, less any non-recoverable costs (unless you decide to take a credit voucher instead).

NOTE: Domestic Travellers are encouraged to secure travel insurance from the time a tour is guaranteed.

Conduct on Tour

Flynn’s Tours reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a travel tour participant and to expel from the travel tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interest and safety of the travel tour group.

Disclosures

The Tour package price is subject to change at any time prior to final payment if there are unexpectedly significant increases in the costs of package components or any major deterioration in the exchange rate. This is a highly unlikely occurrence.
